I miss them so much and can't wait to cuddle my doggies to!! Carlie is hilarious, she is never on time! We were meant to go at 12 which ended up being 1.30 lol. ... River gathering last year. Wrapped up against the chilly windy drizzle in our sweaters and cagoules, the canopy was closed quicker than normal to keep whatever warmth there was inside! 1900ft was as high as we could go to start with, but the visibility under the cloud base was much better than anticipated. Sam did pretty well for the first 9 holes, ...

Today was a trip to a State Park about 1 hour's drive north of Coppell. Whilst most of the drive was along freeways we passed through farming country with horse ranches and cattle before entering the park. Ray Roberts Lake State Park has a 29000 acre reservoir supporting many water activities. The weather was nice and sunny but the wind kept it cool - about 16. The park has many camping sites allowing for walking and ...

Morning: 16 C Afternoon: 27 C Not much to report today. This afternoon we went on a 1.5 hour hike along Lewisville Lake. The afternoon was then spent checking out stores and shops in Lewisville. I say Lewisville because that is what it is called officially but it is all part of Dallas. Lewisville is located on the north end of Dallas. I took a couple of pictures of the rental car just to show what we ...
