... do not need to get caught in a 6in. blanket of snow around Denver on I-70, or possibly more in Cheyenne along I-80. We return basically the same way we came, with the exception we will be seeing a bit more of Arizona.

... when we get back to the RV. It's dark now but not cold. We could walk back but decide to take a cab. Well this adds to our adventures as our cab driver as the music blaring albeit our era of songs and just to add a bit more interest he is a bit of a character. His voice is very raspy so he is hard to hear over the music. He has a few wisecracks about our accent suggesting that English is our second language. ... can be seen part of the way up the sloops, but then the mountains turn to rocks and solid granite where nothing grows.
As we continued south, the mountains got lower and the snow caps disappeared. The valley became broader with more green sagebrush and fewer trees. Gradually, as the valley broadens, the terrain became sandier with less vegetation. And what sagebrush there is becomes brown. We also saw our first Juniper cactus. ...

... again (it have been around 95 degrees F / 35 grader C a big portion of the day). After moveing the laundry to the dryer we took the car to nearby diner called The firehouse.. something. It was an itslian restaurant with a fire-department inspired interior and some pasta was, again, a nice complement to all the burgers we've had. :) Tomorrow we will travel the last leg of our trip and arrive Las Vegas!! I'm really excited to get there and see what Vegas has in store for ...
