    ... CDA ironman is run. A beautiful beach and park are the start point and transition area, or will be in a month from now. We continued along the shore line and into heart of downtown.     We had a wonderful sleep and in the morning Jamie surprised us with a nice breakfast - eggs, bacon, hash-browns and toast. We ate outside taking in the warm morning sunshine and the mountain view - lovely!
