    ... like us. I called our old neighbor, from Harmony Lane, and told him we were in town. Joe Fodi is an electrician and has his own contracting business here in Coeur D' Alene. Joe came by to see us and we had a great time catching up. Joe moved up here over 20 years ago and his parents moved here as well, about 6 years back.

    We had to resupply while here and were in luck with the Costco one block ...

    ... 12 hour stay. ---------- We had dinner at a local brewhouse called 'Moon Time'. I had a quesadilla and lamb burger with goat cheese. Mel had the 'moonestrone' soup (the puns continue) with beef tacos. The food was exceptional but the service sucked.     ... for our next leg of the trip. Hugh passed out for 3 hours due to not enough sleep the night before and I chillaxed on one of the most comfortable couches ever. Anywho, that pretty much sums up our day yesterday.

    ... was MINE. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't start the timer on my stopwatch; somewhere during the bike it went haywire, but it wasn't that important. I knew I just needed to listen to my body anyway. I had a nutrition plan, but it went out the window. For some reason, the only thing that sounded even remotely appetizing were shot blocks and GU chomps.
