Once over Gold Summit, we dropped down to the St Joe river, where we had a wet, but very enjoyable ride into Couer d’Alene. We then went to dinner at Tito's ...

I think I slept soundly until about midnight, then off and on until my alarms went off at 3:30am. Before a race, especially before a triathlon, I try to walk myself through the event, step-by-step, visualizing what I will do, and picturing it all happening perfectly. I find that this helps to calm me, and actually helps me troubleshoot things that might come up before they happen. It builds a lot of confidence to see yourself get ...
