    I don't understand how people can be so focused on the things right in front of them. To be focused, in the moment, and available to what's going on right then...     We arrived in Couer d’Alene around 4:00, hung out downtown for a few hours and then made our way to the home of Claudio’s brother in-law, where he and his wife hosted us for the evening. After a steak dinner, red wine, and a hot tub, (and a much needed round of laundry) we called it a day.
