Travel Blogs from Skowhegan
Had a wonderful overnight with Bev and Louie Dow as we traveled up to Boothbay Harbor, Maine and then onto Skowhegan, Rangeley Lakes and then Errol, NH before heading home to Freedom via Route 16.
Hello everyone - welcome to my travel blog! After hearing from friends and family that they'd like to see what I'm up to, I decided to create this page. I'll use it to post about my trip to the Honduras over the Winter Break before returning to Cornell.
With the temp in the 20s all day we are READY to get going. Still getting things loaded in the RV and have scheduled eye doctor and dentist visits to be as sure as we can be that we are healthy and ready for several months 'out of Dodge'.
Our 2006 Navion H is ready to go, all systems are go and we have a place for everything we will be bringing.

TravelPod Member ReviewsBelmont Motel Skowhegan
We were tired after travelling all day and wanted 2 rooms with no reservations. Found this nice little motel in Skowhegan with a very nice gentlemen at the front desk who treated us as friends and provided us with 2 rooms with a view to the gardens. Rooms were exceptionally clean and bathroom was spotless. Provided donuts, juice and coffee for breakfast and gave us the name of a very reasonablly priced restaurant for dinner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
