Embarking on Tule Elk Discovery Hike at Pt. Reyes Nat'l Seashore early in the morning during Labor Day Weekend. It's so wonderful now the boys are old enough that we can take on those family adventures that fullfill my fancy.

Driving past Samuel Taylor Park, the beautiful redwood reminded me the fun-filled camping trip Alex, Curtis, and I took while Felix was away in Disneyland with school orchestra.

... day (They certainly know how to celebrate such an awesome atmosphere around.) When we got back to the hostel we cooked dinner had a drink and headed back out. We were off to Fisherman's wharf to see the fireworks. The fireworks were pretty good and the ending was cool. Of course the main theme was red white and blue. The waterfront was packed with people and had a great atmosphere. After, the fireworks we then had a bit of a walk back to the hostel ...

... side of the cable car as this seemed the coolest way having watched the locals! We jumped off at Lombard Street which is known as the "crookedest street", we could see why! The tightest bends as cars came down the hill! In a zigzag movement. After a walk back through the streets of the city we stopped for an early evening drink before having dinner in a traditional American diner. We woke up on our final morning with sun shining through the windows, after ...
