... a local restaurant for a sandwich. Cliff thought he was getting the ramen I packed in my suitcase! Sat with a very nice couple from Texas and shared plans of our adventure.

This is a 26 foot brand new motorhome. It is very nice. We put some of our clothes away, and tried to figure out all the buttons.

Ready to call it a day.

... were red blinking lights, high up in the sky. We got to a point where we were surrounded 360 degrees by them. Ultimately Diana and I assumed it was aliens because what else could it be? Had to have been aliens. right? Probably.

Anyway, we enjoyed a quiet and cool night together and are well rested. On tap for today is the highly anticipated Spam museum and then we have to hit the road again.

Next stop? South Dakota!

We somehow crossed the border into Minnesota without seeing a sign announcing the new state! We decided to have a delayed border party anyway! The Stewart family had given us some flash cards about each state and a magnetic map of the U.S.A. that we keep in the truck.
