Da Dong, the duck is cooked in huge wood ovens with great ceremony. We had a half duck which was carved at the table,with pancakes thin and translucent, sesame puffs were served as an alternative and the skin suggested to be dipped in sugar! Divine!
We also had greenbean shoots, beef, more chicken and a very nice Mohito!
