      ... The coffee shop was still overflowing as I walked back home so I resisted again. Afternoon was for making my mum's now famous 1-1-1 slice for Feast in the evening. It was at Melvina's home,. I was honoured to meet more friendly open people and ended up in deep discussion with a neurological psychologist who has just submitted a paper to the White House to reform the education system! Tomorrow is Fort Worth to do a museum or two and to see some Texan Longhorn Cattle. ...

      ... and Spanish - Texas was a Spanish Colony until the 1800's. I found a great little coffee shop called 'Jupiters' which is a bit like 'The Sweat Shop' back in Townsville used to be. Loads of coffees, smoothies etc and a bohemian atmosphere. Uni students populate this place, all with their laptops, tablets out because it has free wifi. And the shops; there is a dress shop called La De Da where I could buy every dress!!! How unusual. Its sister shop next ...

      ... to recall the events of that day. The cockroach museum lightened things up for us- it was a quick, but memorable stop( wink, wink!). Our drive to Austin was full of exclamations-"Blue Bonnets!! Blue Bonnets on the right!!" The roadside was so colorful. Once in Austin, it was fried chicken at Lucy's- fun to sit out in the cool evening air with a tin bucket of fried chicken- and some FRIED deviled eggs. Yep- gotta get a cholesterol check once we return ...

      ... from over 50 movies and TV shows plus music and games. There is definitely enough to keep you busy.

      They also provide free wine and a couple of meals. I guess they want to keep us pacified and sleepy. We opt to stay awake most of the trip because we know we'll arrive in the evening and need to sleep to get on to the new time zone. China is 13 hours ahead so when it's noon in Dallas it's 1AM in China.

      ... which were both incredible. We only had two drinks over dinner each so were actually completely sober and do have good judgement about this! The venue was really good. It wasn't too packed considering it was a sellout and the sound system was amazing. During Two Fresh our insides were vibrating from the bass!
