Shared a turkey panini which was nice and a frappacino, or was it called a Frappachelli? But we DID have lunch at Trump Tower. Even used the toilet there! This marble finish everywhere, and gold coloured metal hand railings etc etc. What else? A Lego shop, horses and carriages ...
... passed Macy’s, which she told us has its own jail in store for shoplifters. We stopped in Ellis Island, where the Statue of Liberty stands across the water (we couldn’t see it very well from where we were), and went in the American Indian Museum which I found really interesting (but I love learning stuff about Native Americans – don’t know about the other two!).

... ended the party with more alcohol than we started (where do I get those friends?!). Haleigh was a little disappointed we didn't have any noise complaints that night but you don't win every battle.
Now it's back to the real world and Oakland. It's been nice, but now it's back to the grindstone.
