... the past few days has been changeable between cool and humid, however, there has not been a lot of rain which is great for the ground particularly under the awning as it is now dry.
We took a trip to Kempsey 35km north of Telegraph Point to see someplace different and to try and get a bracket for a new commercial radio antenna we bought at Supercheap in Port Macquarie as the old antenna was not picking up local stations too well. Also there is a McCafe there as well ...

... really passionate about their roles, it was a great place, if I was a sick koala I'd be there!!

Leaving the hospital, we quickly stopped at a historical house and had a look at some of the photos and displays. Another bike ride back to the shops for a drink and look at the painted rocks and then back to the hostel and returning the bikes before dark. A busy busy day for us and another early morning tomorrow!!

... meanwhile the sun was high!

I came back the same way, and around the evening was back in the centre. I did not get back to the hostel immediately, I was advised to wait until dusk, and see the bats fly out.

Oh that was soo impressive! They flew high so my zoom was not efficient, they were like everywhere! During 20 min the came and came, flying, completely silent, all these `flying foxes' together going to the ocean! A very special moment. A very beautiful ...
