Stopped at Whagamata for lunch in a little car park overlooking the beach some off shore islands, very pretty and another very neat town.
Now parked up at Hot Water Beach Top 10 and we thought the best facilities were at Picton, but no this beats anything we have seen so far in a Holiday Park, anywhere in the world!!

Mount Maunganui

Heute morgen (28.10.12) sind wir den "Mount Maunganui" (ca. 230 Meter hoch) bestiegen und haben eine herrliche Aussicht genossen (siehe Bilder...). Mittlerweile sind wir in "Rotorua" im "Funky Green Voyager", der derzeitigen Nummer 1 unter den BBH-Hosteln, angekommen. Die Besitzer sind ein deutsch-neuseeländisches Paar. Anja kommt aus Paderborn und hat bereits vor 14 Jahren Deutschland den Rücken ...

... the room and no more than 2 paces from the loo and trust me you wouldn't want to be any further. 3 litres of water I don't drink that in a year unless it contains alcohol so found it hard to swallow(sorry couldn't help myself) all done now so just waiting for the effects to ease off and maybe I can visit the TV room down stairs as we don't have one here!!!!!!! ... returned from a seven month trip; two months on the Sunshine Coast Australia and five months home-swapping in the UK.
