Down at 0625 into a rainy Zurich. AC 869 is in the E gates. Going through security was a tad laborious but handled. Found the lounge readily enough. Not especially large but comfortable leather chairs. Same stupid wifi via a code. How dumb is Asia and Europe? Not only dumb codes but also time limits. Get with the program. Read a bit of news. Had had three coffees within the first hour. Ripped apart the two airline magazines from the last two flights ...

... home and ended up (sort of procrastinating) on the couch chatting with Uncle Vaughn and Aunt Jackie. Uncle Vaughn was relaying all the mischief he got up to as a kid, playing all sorts of pranks (such as cayenne pepper in grapes, firecrackers on the stove etc.) on his poor unsuspecting mother while she would spend ages on the phone.
