... area we took the Jeep and reviewed several of the RV facilities in that general vicinity. ... br> They really do look like huge "*****" floating about! Realllly! The larger ones have barnacles and moss like growth on their skins. Some have scars evident on their large tail fin and or back from boat's propellers.

Off again and back to St. Petersburg to visit a high school friend Marg who is staying with her dogs Bea and Nico for the winter. We visited the lovely harbor front and enjoyed lunch at the waterfront. ...

... the side of her mosquito net enclosure not wanting to open it and risk the crawlies. When we left, it was still in its place of safety, away from things that go bite in the night. We also tried on and bought a new mask and snorkel to replace the one left in the Dominican Republic. The spare we had and tried when snorkeling in Statia just didn't fit right and made snorkeling miserable. Better to get a good mask that fits ...
