I learnt so much from this book and I had to keep pinching myself that everything outlined, had actually happened. ... off, had a little look round the area and I dipped my feet in where the spring ran down, it was far too hot!

Started heading back up the hill and my flip flop broke, that’s the 3rd pair! So I had to walk bare foot, through the thistle, gravel path and dirt. It wasn’t comfy. Then we had the 30 minute walk back to the hostel. Which in bare foot to me longer. We hadn’t found a shop going there so didn’t have a drink! Found a Spar on the way back ...
