Woke up in the brilliant morning sunlight this morning after pretty decent night's sleep (not nearly as cold as our last night out). Wow. Eastern Oregon, Idaho is such beautiful country - lots of space, golden, rolling hills in some places and a bunch of sage brush in others. Easy road on I-84 though, and now we're done with that, and are going to take Route 51 south, then Route 40, to Route 60, etc. No freeways for us.
