Bend to Bandon!

... br> After lunch, we drove into Bend and walked by the Deschutes River where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Tried some local Bend craft beer. There are 24 breweries and growing in Bend and Bend boasts that it has more breweries per capita than any other city in Oregon. Pretty tasty although Dick says that with all the craft beer he's tried so far, he'll stick to Miller Lite or some other tried and true traditional brew.

And, dinner - WOW!!! They served crab ...

... belly dancers, not gypsies. While Pete and Harlan checked out the crab, Judy and I walked over to stage front and there they were performing and having a wonderful time. The pictures of the robust ladies are for Gibby, Joni and Harlan. They remember the belly dancer that visited Harlan’s office on one of his previous birthdays!

... In the mean time Teresa called us back and, of course, in true Gypsy Tour form, their new home was only a few miles from our campsite in Sunset Bay.
