We headed North along the shores of Lake Huron with an unknown destination!! Great drive but chilly and windy. We drove for several hours then landed for the night. We ended up at a road site stop/park in Caseville Michigan. Great spot to sleep with the water lapping the shores and the wind blowing!!!!

Had to say goodbye to Katie and Mckenna. They were headed back for work. The girls needed to leave and be on the road by 8 AM. Hard to see them go. Spent the day just like the others. We enjoyed a lazy coffee and Jammie morning. We were treated to hashbrowns, pancakes and sausage. Cameron played video games with uncle Mike and dad. They came back to pick us up around noon and we left shortly after. About ...

... it was a bed to sleep in. Laurie believes bugs were crawling on her thru the night, but I think it was because she was boot lipping the wine bottle before bed. We met the caretakers of the island hideaway at 9:00 this morning. Very nice couple who helped us take everything to the island. And everything was a lot of stuff… Sure wish I would have packed lighter. It was cool this morning, but no rain. What a relief! The ...

... the Cheeseburger Festival. We arrived and the entire downtown area was filled with people. We walked the entire length of town to find the perfect cheeseburger. We ate, bought Kaleb a cheeseburger hat and Kylee a crab hat to fit her attitude. Kaleb enjoyed playing on the bouncy house. We walked to the public beach and looked at the sand sculpture contest. We enjoyed the sunset or about an hour while feeding Kylee and letting Kaleb play on ...
