Had a good nights sleep in a very nice motel. All Seasons White Sulfur Springs, MT. Woke up to 33 degrees this morning. Headed to Wyoming Yellow Stone National Park. This is such a beautiful day!!!! I am taking lots of pictures, but the camera just can't pick up the beauty my eyes are seeing!!! This is cold country. There is snow on all the tall mountain ...

Nice scenic drive to Lethbridge, although it was really windy Realized somewhere along the way that I left my earrings and wedding ring behind-maybe it was a Freudian slip. Stopped to have lunch with Vera, Val and Harry. There wasn't any lineup at the border, so sailed across and then realized we had 2 jugs of lawn fertilizer and ...

... greeted by Cory - her boyfriend who had come over to make the beds and meet us. It was a beautiful house. As Cory showed us the kitchen, we could see deer outside in the garden that had wandered in from the forest. Amazing. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Alanna herself but we had a nice warm night and didn't wake up covered in ice which was the main thing!

Some words of warning - look at our photos at your own peril - they will make you say Wow!

There are several caves, one where pictographs can be seen on the walls, another called the Ghost Cave where some were done by spirits according to the tribes. Pictographs are paintings done on the rock walls, while petroglyphs are carved into the rock (see 2013's visit to the petroglyph site north of Ten Sleep, Wyoming). The oldest pictographs had been dated ...

Woke around 7 this morning and it's only 10c!!!!! The campground emptied out pretty quickly. I chatted with one fellow that was heading to a wedding in Denver. I had been out looking for the wild turkeys that I thought I had seen and he said he would vouch for me as he had seen them as well...but we couldn't find any sign of them. He was probably just humouring the crazy lady!!! I think many of the campers got here in time yesterday to do the Tower Tour but We didn't! So ...
