      ... course is the Secondo piatto, equivalent to our main course of meat or fish/seafood. A vegetable side dish could come with the Secondo. The last course, contorni, is the dessert. And wine is normally served with each course.

      ... was interesting to say the least.

      Same thing in the third session, though I felt I was starting to get a feel for the bike and the track. I was still bringing too much speed into 13, being ******* the brakes and then not letting the bike turn in. Also not using my body to maximize the turning potential of the bike.

      Derek arrived at 3:00 to drive us to the airport. We got there shortly before 4:00 and saw Mark and a very long line of people checking in at the Delta counter.
