We got up at 2:30 in the morning to start our EPIC road trip of a lifetime! Then we hit the road at 3:15 and it was smooth sailing to Chicago. Annalena had no problem sleeping for the majority of the drive, and the rest of the time she was happy and excited to be in the car. It was a great start to our trip.

We slept outside of a library last night, which was just as nice and quiet as it would have been sleeping IN the library. It cooled down perfectly so that we only had to run the fan and keep a couple of windows open. We've used the down comforter all week, which is so strange in July, but I’ll take it…I’d always rather it be cooler outside than hot any day.
