    ... you will see. Plus, the gardens are stunning. The Griffith Observatory had some educational displays that many of my geek friends would have enjoyed. I wasn't really in the mood to learn by reading, but the interactive displays were fun. The observatory had a great outlook over the city. It was well worth the trip.
