    ... restaurant that has been restored from an old slave cabin. There was still the original newspapers lining the uppper walls that the slaves used to block out the wind. Very neat place. I also found a coke machine!

    ... New Orleans, which the owners sons had fought in with the General. The rooms were filled with antiques authentic to the early 1800's.     Today we drove across the Old Choctaw Trail to the historic towns of Clinton, and Jackson, Louisiana. We were held up at Greensburg by another parade- apparently fall is the parade time of year down here!
