... and then we decided to head home to the KOA. The bus works better than in Vegas as it is not so busy and does travel fairly quickly, as I mentioned it was about a 1/2 hour ride from the campground to the main Falls area.
I did spy some history as we sought out the campground -- Lundy Lane Battlefield of the War of 1812-1814. Two hundred year anniversary this year.

... Niagara on the Lake was a good place to visit, but for whatever reason, we had never made it there. Well, what a beautiful little jewel of a village! The flowers have to been seen to be believed. HUGE plantings, baskets, and landscapes everywhere you look. It was truly breathtaking.
