I loved getting to spend some quality time with my nephew, Owen, today. I haven't seen him since the holiday's and that is far too long when he is only three and growing by leaps and bounds on a daily basis. The Fifth Day (Denver)

A travel blog entry by isabellerose13 on Dec 23, 2013

Ah the layover. Not an Anthony Bourdain type layover where some long lost friend whisk me about the town showing me where everyone who is not a tourist goes for a good meal and a friendly drink then posting it on the Travel channel for everyone to add to their 'to-do/go' list ...

Being On My Own

... expenses by choosing to live at home but now after living on campus, I think it's a worthwhile investment.

Honestly it is rather nice being by myself. Living on my own has increased my independence and has taught me me how to be responsible. It is my job to get myself to class on time. to make sure my homework is done, and I like that. It is also nice that I have less restrictions. I choose when I want to go out, how late I want to stay out, or vice versa if I want ...
