Well we left Thunder Bay to Sault Ste Marie (pronounced as Sue Saint Mawree). It means Mary's Rapids. The drive was spectacular - Lake Superior is so beautiful (and so big). Today we got sun for the first time on our trip. It felt so good and we just had a great time even though Monique has come down with a cold and I'm still getting over ...

We had a decent meal. I had the soup & salad bar and a burger; Carol had a salad and beef tips. And, we skipped dessert.

We returned to the hotel. It was a terrible drive early in the afternoon, so we were ready to turn in . . . and did!!

    ... Lakes.

Our return trip had us falling from Lake Superior's height to the lower St. Mary's River. The level of our boat was easily seen by watching one of our crew chatting it up with a friend working the lines.

After experiencing the locks we drove across the bridge and had dinner at Arturo Ristorante in Ontario. Great food.

P.S Sandy, you were right. It was Bradford. Thanks. ...
