... to take a walk around the Geyser Hill first. It has quite a lot of small geysers and hot pools. Gosh, I think I overdid with the photo shots. Old Faithful erupted on the dot, spewing and belching out hot, steamy water. They were very accurate in their prediction. Prior to the eruption, there was a ranger talk and I learnt how they come up with the eruption predictions - if the geyser spews <3mins, the next eruption is 64mins later, if it is >3mins, then it's ...

adds up. But we've never had to use an off site Laundromat as we've
always managed to find a camping ground with one as we've needed to
do the laundry.

But anyway, like the name, there is a
nice view and we were shown how to use the bear proof rubbish bins as
sometimes bears will come down to look for food. No wandering around
after dark I think!

... right road but we made it lol and beyond the little clump of trees you can see the Teton Mountains and they are just beautiful it has rained a couple of days and the weather has been quite chilly lows in the 30's at night 60's during the days. As we drove southward the weather and road conditions became more treacherous as snow fell, visibility greatly decreased, and the number of icy, snow-covered areas on the roads increased. The Forest was beautiful with big snow covering the evergreen trees. Multitudes of snowmobiles took advantage of the perfect winter conditions.
