Six and 1/2 hour drive...not too bad. we stayed on the American side which is a state park. Lots of walking but we hopped a trolley cuz we got totally lost. Beautiful grounds but lots of construction going on. We were able to get real close to the falls from this side. Canadian side is more manicured and has lots of shops and restaurants.
