    It was great to see Steve and although he is paralysed down the left side of his body, has other complications, on a whole load of medication as a result of a stroke and wheelchair-bound he has still got a great sense of humour. I stayed with him until he early afternoon and then ...

    It's hard to believe that in 48 hours I will be on a plane headed for my first European adventure that will be an approximate total of at least over 11,000 miles!
