      ... and was ill. However, once I politely excused myself to make a beeline for the men's restroom, I felt much better. After enjoying the amazing view over Toronto from the restaurant, we visited the Observation Deck (inside and out) then headed back to the car, for the next stage of the day's journey.       ... error of his ways by anyone, even a French man who tried to intervene using reason as a pitiful, futile defence. At last, 3 of Toronto's finest cops arrived and calmed what was a very tense situation. The mental defective was restrained somehow and two others began the task of piecing together who had done what to whom and why. Paramedics joined in the fun and the poor Chinese lad was stretchered off looking shocked, but alive (no kicking).

We'd planned on getting the Hornblower Cruise (formerly Maid of the Mist) that takes you right up to the falls, as soon as we got there to give us enough time to find a pub for the football later. We queued up, bought our tickets and before we knew it, we were being given our bright red poncho's as a bit of protection from the mist.       ... now we are in Canada. Instead of everything being in both English and Spanish now it's in English and French. We upgraded our car to a SUV, braved the rain and drove had quite a boring drive down the freeway to Niagara, which has a population of 15,500.
