    We left our place in Auckland this a.m. in a light drizzle as we boarded the LINK bus to where we caught the Airexpress bus to the airport.     So today's start was of course great, as we woke up to the beautiful views of snow capped mountains behind the gorgeous Lake Tekapo. Stunning!     ... our way up and back for an hour. The river was only a foot or so deep and no life jackets were needed and even the numerous ducks barely got out of our way! A few others out in old fashioned row boats, punts and canoes. Beautiful reflections and a lovely finish to out Christchurch stay. Tea and biscuits in the boathouse cafe completed the I thought!!
