    ... that drop into a deep water-carved gorge. Then back to Parksville to relax for the rest of the arvo. For dinner we went to the local Bar & Grill and I had a Stuffed Yorkshire pudding (stuffed with beef, sauteed mushrooms & onion) with garlic mashed spud & veggies and Denise had Buttered Chicken. So I'm not sure whether the otter dove down too far for the eagle and escaped or if the eagle freaked out when he got closer & saw that it wasn't a fish and backed out, but that was our wildlife encounter for the day.
