Very nice service on check-in, and the room is western style pine and is very updated and clean. Very large room and very comfortable and right in the center of downtown Jackson. Laundry onsite, exercise room, sauna and showers. Excellent people at the front desk!

The hotel is nice and is situated within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in downtown Jackson Hole, it is also once of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area. The Antler Inn offers free wi-fi as well.

We found a little shop that had loads of GF food and picked up a muffin and donut for Wills before heading to Yellowstone National Park. We drove the Yellowstone loop which is a figure of 8 drive covering most of the major sites. We saw Old Faithful, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Artists Point, Mammoth hot springs, Fountain paint pots, Tower ...

Then we set out for a full day horse ride adventure with the other guests (now all of them good friends – one woman with her family used to even work with me in Senator Kohl’s office). We were out from 9:45 am to 3 pm. Brian estimate that we rode about eight miles, but I’ll tell you – there were ...

So far nothing too crazy has entered our path, but we have spotted elk, buffalo, deer, llamas, pronghorn, and cows for days. We hope we don't run into certain animals, but we did pick up some bear spray just in case. ...

... prices jacked up to the stratosphere. The town is quiet in winter, though, and even feels like a real Old West town.. The reality is that there are lots of wealthy transplants in Teton County, affluent visitors coming to ski at Jackson Hole, and expensive art galleries and boutique stores eager to take their money, but it feels nothing like the glitzy ski resorts in Colorado. I even had the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar virtually to myself one ...
