Very nice service on check-in, and the room is western style pine and is very updated and clean. Very large room and very comfortable and right in the center of downtown Jackson. Laundry onsite, exercise room, sauna and showers. Excellent people at the front desk!

The hotel is nice and is situated within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in downtown Jackson Hole, it is also once of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area. The Antler Inn offers free wi-fi as well.

Our goal was to take photographs of the Grand Tetons with early morning sun where the sun angle would be the best for photos. We lucked out, the skies were blue with just a few hints of white puffy clouds. It was a sight to behold - and remember for the rest of our lives.

The boat shuttle was operating and in full swing as we took off. Fortunately its path across the lake was far enough away from us we were not rocked until right at the end of the journey.

Got to the other shore around 9:15 and found a place to store the boat. Glad we took our time checking things out ...

Today we set out to visit the Grand Teton National Park. First day we haven't had any low hanging clouds; in fact there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

We had to drive up and over the Teton Pass to get back into Wyoming, and then through Jackson Hole to get to the park. Jackson Hole is a madhouse with all the construction and general congestion of the area. Glad we ...
