It was muggy when we got up in Meadville this morning. Like, really muggy. Like, 80 degrees, look at the mist, oh, my God I'm sweating like a pig already muggy. Needless to say, we were ready to get on the road (and get the A/C cranked up) as soon as possible. We hitched up and headed out by 8 AM. On the bright side I didn't gain 20 pounds. Turns out I actually lost 2 pounds! Ah so the magic to weight loss is to eat your ass off and not work out. Ah I joke...*sob*...remember muscle is heavier than fat...so I guess my muscle loss to fat gain ratio was slightly above 1.
Time for the long journey back to fitness...

Also ran a 6 minute mile on the treadmill today, unintentionally. Initially I was going for the 3 minute, half mile warm up. When I got to the half mile I only felt moderately warmed up so I decided to keep going.
