      A late breakfast at Hells Kitchen in downtown Minneapolis. I had an enchilada with scrambled eggs, beans, salsa and avocado - very nice. From there we went to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.       ... and historic places where the early settlers and city founders lived. We saw the homes that belonged to the logging families and the people who built the railroads that opened up this part of the nation. For her, it was nostalgic, even though she lives there today. But I could sense the passion that she has for the city. For us it was an eye opening experience.
