      Yet another beautiful sunny day in Minneapolis. Started out the day by sitting in the porch and watching a couple of young squirrels playing up the tree in the garden opposite.       This is happening, isn't it?! I've quit my job. A really good job - one that afforded my lavish lifestyle full of tacos and leisure. I've put my career on hold.       And every time we come to Minneapolis, we cannot skip the visit to the Mall of America , one of the largest shopping malls in the world, which has an amusement park inside, with roller coaster included. Now I know my way around and I love it. This time, the girls were more interested in going shopping than going to the rides.

      I left Chicago on the Fourth of July for one reason and one reason only: to see fireworks from a plane. I smushed my head against the window and almost spilled my overcooked noodles, but I was successful in seeing a couple tiny tiny tiny fireworks from my seat on the freezing plane.
