Arrived early and got our pick of sites. We got this one right on the lake. At dusk, the family of skunks would come out to enjoy the fallen crab apples on the tree in our site. The sunsets were gorgeous! We met Puff the Purple Dragon on the beach! Loved the water tower.

Today was a welcome rest day. We now head into the hills of Kentucky. Some of us patronized the local bike shops and checked and adjusted our machines for the hills to come.
