And as we walked back to the car we were met with a chorus of sea lions, which were all hanging out under the pier. In the dark we climbed down some stairs to the lower level and I managed to glimpse some less than 10 ft away, through the steps, which I found very cool.

Right outside Pinnacles is Soledad, which is not much of a town, but I think they have a prison, in case you are visiting. The long Central Valley again is a vegetarian nirvana. Definitely ...
