So after i realised the time I went up the 101 as this was a more direct route, this went through California wine country, which was really cool, It took about 3 hours to get to the hostel, but all worked out, got to Hostel Obispo at like 7. The Hostel was quite old fashioned unlike the one in LA, it was more of a converted house than a hostel I'd experienced before.

It has 185 rooms, 2 pools and a tennis court. Not to mention the 7 guest houses!
