On Sunday, December 28, 2014, Day 222, my bike tour of a lifetime finally came to a close. The finish line marking State # 48 at the Rhode Island border was just 9 miles from my home in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

The celebration at that line with family and friends exceeded the hopeful visions and daily daydreams that drove me for many, many a long mile. Though I had been deep down weary and longing to stop for several cold weeks, those last two miles brought a ...

... I also walked back from Harvard after the tour to go by the MIT museum, Fenway park and the prudential tower and when I got back to the hostel the guy at reception had seen me leave for Harvard with the group and so was wondering why I hadn't come back with them- when I told him that I walked back he was so shocked! will fly with me to Washington state on Monday. I have a 6 am ...

The sides were exciting particularly draped in Wahlburger sauce - the best being stringy red onion rings and sweet potato tots.

Luckily 10 mile walks and the odd run let me get away with this decadence in Boston ... I leave really quite nervous that Matt may need to roll me out of New York City

... Oh, except in the "No-Quack" zones – some residents don’t like it apparently…

Once we’re back on dry land, we grab another drink from the Paradise Bakery in the Prudential Center Food Court and then head on up to the Skywalk Observatory. This was booked online with the Duck Tour, giving us a small discount for the two attractions. Down an escalator, then into a lift for 50 floors and we’re presented with ...
