Yesterday was a fairly busy day. Once again there were seminars and shopping going on. We have spent some money this week getting some things we "just couldn't live without!" And yesterday morning they all showed up about the same time. First we had some covers made for the tires. Yes we had some we had purchased from Camping World which fit over the tires, but it was very difficult to put them on, so we had some made that just ...

Yesterday was the official first day of the rally. The day was full of seminars. I started the day listening to a guy explain the difference between 30 amps and 50 amps is 70!! Seems that the 50 amp plugs have to hot lines and each one is 50 amps (one line runs the front of the coach and the other runs the back). That equals 100 amps. Once we hooked up with the group we were going in with we got back on the road. We arrived at the Alliant Energy Center about 12:30 ...

Today we continued our trek along I-90 and it was a big toll day, once again. We began the day at 8:10 and 64 degrees under clear blue skies. And it continued to be a perfect weather day all day long. We hopped right onto the highway and put the E-ZPass to work. We could not catch our breaths from paying one toll, when there was yet another to pay. I think we spent more money on tolls today than we spent on gas. Not sure. It will be interesting to see ...

... isn't including all the other people that heard about it in the real world). Rob (my boyfriend) performed a show in the attic with his band a few weeks before for a combined birthday party and it was a HUGE success, so we decided that the benefit party would be perfect up there. Rob built a bar so we could have our friends bartend and sell drinks for cheap. He also purchased 2 kegs from our good friends dad who owns Wisconsin Brewing Co. ...
