Picking up where I left off a few days ago. We were having trouble with our Jet Pack (this gives us Wifi connection anywhere - well almost anywhere when it works!!). We just reloaded it with 10GB (that incidentally cost us about $80US) and then it wouldn't turn on. That's fun. Anyway after we worked out how to reset it we were good to go again.
