    Thanks to our friends Diane and Rick Cross, we've had a wonderful few days here at Texas Motor Speedway - the only downers were a couple of very cold nights and the fact that the trailers backed up to us left their huge and noisy generators running all night long, every night!     The day started when Dan announced that we were going to go and find some of the local geocaches that Sam had looked up online the night before. For those who are not aware, geocaching is a fun little pastime in which people who have no friends use a GPS to find "caches" left by other people with no friends.

    ... meet up at the meeting point and we went to Risky's BBQ. This was an included dinner. It was good food, the beer was good and i had ribs for dinner. After dinner we went to the rodeo optional, it was across the street from dinner and we were able to get beers to drink there. The rodeo was good but it was a bit long. There was bull riding, horse riding, clowns, rope tricks, it was all very interesting.

    ... physician said Bob would have to spend the night and be evaluated by a surgeon. About 9 I called Enterprise and reserved a car. About 10 they came to pick me up and I went to finish the reservation, we have a FIAT. It is so cute, hummmm, wonder if you can tow a FIAT behind a motor home?
