        First of all, I forgot to show a picture of our full tent, which we had set up the 2 nights in Independence. Robert enjoyed the KOA as we had internet access and he could check the headlines and the obituaries from our local paper!         ... on an older Ford F350 I bought from The Rev. Polly Anderson... June of 2008. The town has a second park and sports complex which houses a campground for $15.00 a night... I think it was $10.00 in '08. We stopped here for nostalgia's sake. As you can see, the porch swing now has a "porch" of its own... and still holds the world's record as far as anyone can tell... including the Guiness Book of World ...
