    How could you not think/say "Home Sweet Home" after 4 weeks of vacation? As awesome as it is to travel and as much time as you spend at the beginning not wanting to believe that you'll ever want to return home, the day finally does come and it's exciting!     Tonight, we are packing.

    For us, this is a science. We have LL Bean Continental Rucksacks, which are 2,000 cubic inches or 33 liters. We use stuff sacks and packing cubes to make best use of the space. I carry the camera and electronics, she carries the toiletries. We each carry enough clothes for four days plus a fifth day on our bodies.

    We spent the day biking and looking around the ends of the park we hadn't seen yet. We went over to an old homestead, saw the Marina and enjoyed the views.     ... south and are now camped in Cartersville, Georgia. In a short while we will go out for dinner to celebrate Jayne's birthday. Her first birthday request was not to have to cook dinner (which is being granted), her second request was to take the Interstate for a change, but after 50 miles she found a quieter route parallel to I-75 and avoiding all the heavy traffic...and had to admit it's not so bad.
