      Today was very tiring but also really fun. We had to be at school for 3:15am and left for the Toronto airport at around 3:30-3:40 . The process of getting to Miami was super Eventful ,Getting through the airport took at least 2 and a half hours. I haven't been on a plane since I was in grade 2, so going on a plane was pretty exciting for me. The view was unbelievable ! When we reached Fort Lauderdale ...

      ... and then the room key programmer was slow too … that together with the queue - about half an hour or so to check-in.





      We actually moved rooms as the room we got had a bit of a smell. I rang Dean and Jean to tell them our new room number and we arranged to meet at 7-ish and then go for a drive to find out where the Park and Ride is for Jean and Dean’s car and then to dinner.

      ... It's a tight squeeze on board, the snacks are expensive, as is all luggage (carry-on as well as checked). But, in order to save a few hundred dollars, well worth it!

      Once I figured out that we could go to the Everglades and possibly see some manatees I was totally sold on the idea...and for Josh he wanted to kind-of 'live' GTA Vice City so we were quite happy with this little detour!

      We decided to stay at another comfy hotel ...
