... our jammies - we stopped at the Silver Lake Sand Dune State Park and rode a big butt dune buggy over the dunes for about an hour. It was great fun and the whole car got a kick out of the 2 "Red Hat Ladies" trying to climb in and out of the darn thing. Glad we only stopped a couple of times, I couldn't have climbed in and out many more times.
ANOTHER EARLY START TOMORROW - we catch the ferry from Muskegon to Milwaukee tomorrow morning.

... got to go around and meet so many other inbounds, outbounds, and rebounds. Each of those groups were in different stages of their exchange. The outbounds, the group I'm currently in, is a large group of excited kids who just are ready to leave the country. I didn't meet one outbound out of their minds excited for this upcoming year! ... decided to take one more night before getting into Minnesota -- this gave us some time to spend in Niagara Falls and not be so rushed getting through Michigan and Wisconsin. On the way to Grand Rapids we also decided to drive around Lake Michigan tomorrow through Chicago, rather than taking one of the EXPENSIVE ($250 to $290!) ferries across the lake.
