    ... inside the park,
    peaceful and the giant Redwoods are amazing. General Sherman in the
    largest (by volume) tree in the world. There are wider and taller
    trees but the size if Sherman is immense. Trying to take a photo of
    the full height means you need to go a long way away and when you
    look at someone standing next to the tree, they look like an ant.

    We drove south on the small roads to Modesto, where we joined Highway 99 and then we set the cruise control for the some 120 miles we needed to do.     ... eye view into the valley. Again, with the facilities, at a midway point there was a little water station for you to refill your water bottles. Albeit the facilities do have their limitations. Pushed to extreme hunger, there weren't a lot of good food options in the park. They missed the entire point that one is gladly willing to compromise quality for cheap prices, and instead sold a ****** taco bell esque burrito for Ruth's Chris prices. ...
