We got to Bottomless Lakes State Park in a round-about way. The direct road to the Park was closed, but, quite by accident, I saw a small sign that directed us to the "River Road" to get there. I had to really "clamp on the binders" to stop in time as the sigh was only about a hundred feet before the turn-off. It all worked out fine though... ... have a sense of humor about some of it. Some displays are pretty cheesy and corny but others are pretty well done. There's everything from homemade sculptures to miniature models of the crash depiction and walls of newspaper articles and government papers. They have maps displayed showing the location of the crash site and other locations of interest. ... and look at my odometer. My bike does not have a fuel gauge so you have to know how far you can go on a tank of gas. My bike holds four gallons of gas and a half-gallon in reserve.
