When went to Plains, it was a very long drive from West Palm Beach. I cut through Jacksonville and arrived in Plains Georgia exhausted. The day dawned with sunshine! YEA! It's supposed to rain again this weekend, but we won't be here and hopefully where we will be will be nice. Today was the last day of the rally and there weren't any seminars we wanted to attend, so off we went sight seeing.

Even though we didn't have seminars to attend, there was still some shopping we wanted to do, so we drove into Perry and completed our list. After that, we were off on our adventure.

We began our trip to Oshkosh on Thursday morning. Lunch in Tifton, GA at Hog and Bone Barbeque. Good sandwich - there is also one of these in Waycross. Arrived at the campground around 2 PM after changing to central time zone. Our site is about 20 feet from the edge of the lake. We can watch the boaters from our bedroom window! We'll try to leave early tomorrow since it is another almost 300 mile day. ...
