    No exercise room, inconvenient elevator and below average breakfast. But, hotel is clean and comfortable.

As he observed the area and the loss of wildlife and overdevelopment of land it instilled in him the conservationist ideals that led him to establish 5 national parks, 51 federal bird reserves, 4 national game preserves, and 150 national forests during his presidency.

    This morning, as we continued north, we saw the "Full Throttle", and then the "Broken Spoke". I had envisioned these biker venues being nearer to Sturgis and the interstate, but they are several miles north of town, especially the Broken Spoke. Also, they are huge!
