We decided to get out and explore the park on foot. Picked the creek bed trail that travels through the middle of the park. We needed to be hiking by 8 AM. It gets hot on the valley floor toward midday. Our plan was to hike out about a mile and a half and then turn around. ... for 2 and wow was it a ton of food. My only regret is not taking a picture before these guys dived into it. Ribs, brisket and beans I actually liked. Coleslaw and corn as well as cornbread and fries. Mia was in heaven with the ribs and of course Keaton loved the cornbread. After a long glutenous lunch it was back on the road.
