... in any of the others- aria, PH etc only darker. really hope this place closes and someone re themes it back to sahara. after dragging out feet for so long came the inevitable return to the airport. quick drive down and got lost finding the car rental return (every time this catches us out), eventually found it and returned car. checked into the lounge in LAS, was nice and soup was lovely. boarded back, couldn't get enough miles for club world return so was on World traveller ...

... giant and second they are covered in dressing that I'm sure is not fat free. They are yummy though. I had Chinese food and I had to ask for chopsticks they are not on the table. Who doesn't eat Chinese food without chopsticks.....really. Coffee and America and me do not get on. I have bought about three cups of coffee which I try but fail to consume. Tonight I ate in the Venetian Hotel and Casino and order an expresso after dinner. I thought even if I didn't like it it was only ...

... for dinner. We went to the MGM Grand Casino/Hotel and all managed to find something we liked in the food court. The MGM is one of the older casinos and hosts boxing events, concerts and is home to Cirque De Solau. The casino was huge, lucky we had boy scout Alex to get us back to our room.
We enjoyed an earlier night tonight as tomorrow we were leaving for the Grand Canyon and wanted to be on the road ...

... there until you do) and lost the 38 dollars Travis originally won. Just in case you were wondering, casinos in Las Vegas do not have drinking fountains.... and the sink water in the bathroom might as well be boiling! We ended up buying a bottle of water and some fries and left the strip.

Las Vegas was definitely an entertaining experience but after camping for two months I remembered why we decided to get away from society for awhile!
