It was wonderful to spend the evening with them. Lots of laughs and great conversation! ...

We have finally arrived into sunshine and no rain! Osoyoos is the only desert in Canada and we parked at a lake surrounded by other RVs and fit people with boats, canoes, paddle boards, mountain bikes etc. We of course being British, firstly went to the Cantina on site for sundowners, then went wine tasing at the local vineyards which were fantastic! ... began to change. All of a sudden we were in a metropolitan area with high end stores and fine dining restaurants. Did I see a Coach store and a Louis Vitton? Is that a P.F. Chang? Little bakeries and boutiques. In fact, I saw multiple doggie bakeries. That's when you know you've really arrived, when they have specialty pet shops. And I'll bet they had running water. Big chain hotels like Marriott ...
